All reports and publications are copyrighted property and cannot be copied, duplicated, posted on another web site, or otherwise used without the consent of Crystal Equity Research.  Conversations, electronic correspondence, and information provided by representatives of Crystal Equity Research cannot be copied, duplicated, forwarded or conveyed to anyone else without the express permission of a representative of Crystal Equity Research. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.  You agree to notify Crystal Equity Research immediately of any unauthorized password use.  Crystal Equity Research is in no way responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your password. 

You agree that as a subscriber, Crystal Equity Research may send you Report Notices by electronic message to the address you provide.  As a subscriber you will receive this type of electronic message even if you have opted out of receiving other electronic messages from Crystal Equity Research.

Refund Policy 

Subscription fees are only refundable during the first 30 days from the date of payment.  Requests for refunds must be made in writing and mailed to Crystal Equity Research, 1040 Avenue of the Americas, 24^th Floor, New York, NY 10018.
